This inn is a wonderful and authentic Japanese experience located in a serene setting by a tranquil lake. the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the hot springs are well-maintained, and private bathing facilities are available for a small charge. the food is delicious, both at dinner in the room and the breakfast buffet in the dining area. the rooms are larger than many Japanese rooms and offer beautiful views of the surroundings.
While the hotel provides a free bus service to the station, taxis can be pricey for those wanting to venture elsewhere.

Great view of the Lake and iconic mountain range, had sizes room, loved the traditional meals served in the room, and the property was well-maintained.
The location was problematic for my business trip. The hotel was too far from the city and airport, resulting in the added expense of commute times and additional fees for transfers and taxis.

Spent Easter weekend at a magnificent hotel by a lake surrounded by stunning mountain views. the great services that we received upon arrival made us feel like celebrities. the onsen baths were very relaxing and enjoyable, especially the outdoor one which gave us the chance to appreciate the view. the meals were exquisite, and there was a great assortment of Japanese food. the cherry on top was the free skincare which left our faces feeling soft and clean.
The location was pretty far from the city and attractions, so if you don't have your own car, you might find it challenging to get around. it was quite difficult to communicate with the staff as they hardly spoke any English.
